Random Acts of Kindness
So today my water bottle spilled out into my bag. I’m talking ALL of the water. It ruined my iPod and a brand new book I was reading.
So I complained about my bad luck on twitter. And the author, who is my favorite author next to JK, got in touch with me to let me know we’d fix the situation.
She met me in Union Square to give me an autographed new copy of the book, a tshirt, and a hug.
Today my day was made because of a random act of kindness :)
